Redline Auto Detailing is committed to providing quality service. As our work is labor-intensive and service-based, all clients are expected to review and accept the following terms regarding returns and refunds:
Finality of Services
- All detailing services are considered final upon completion. Due to the nature of the work, Redline Auto Detailing does not offer returns or refunds once services have been rendered.
Satisfaction Concerns
- Clients must inspect their vehicle upon completion of service. Any concerns must be reported immediately, or within 24 hours of service. If valid, Redline Auto Detailing may, at its sole discretion, offer corrective service. Refunds will not be guaranteed.
Deposits and Cancellations
- Appointment deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 5 hours before the scheduled service time are subject to a cancellation fee.
- Failure to attend an appointment (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the full service amount.
Service Adjustments
- If the condition of a vehicle requires additional labor (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or biohazards), extra charges will apply. Such charges are non-refundable.
Company Cancellations
- If Redline Auto Detailing must cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be entitled to a full refund of any prepaid amount.
Limitation of Liability
- Redline Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in the vehicle. Our liability for service issues shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
